Privacy Policy

This policy is a plain-language starting point. Please have it reviewed by a legal adviser to confirm it meets your obligations, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Who we are

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry or quote request, we collect the details you provide: name, company, email address, phone number, the product or service of interest, industry or application, your message, and any optional timeline or budget.

To understand which pages lead to enquiries, the form also records the page you submitted from, the first page you visited in your session, the referring website and campaign (UTM) parameters if present. We record your IP address briefly to prevent spam and abuse.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations
• To communicate with you about your requirement
• To protect the website against spam and misuse
• To understand, in aggregate, how visitors find us

We do not sell your information. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

How enquiries are delivered and stored

Enquiry details are sent by email to our sales team through an email delivery provider. The website itself does not keep a database of enquiries. Emails are retained in our business mailbox for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship.

Cookies and analytics

If analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage — for example, page views and clicks on call, WhatsApp and quote buttons. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner. We do not send names, emails, phone numbers or message content to analytics.

The map on our contact page loads from Google Maps only when you choose to show it. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, which is governed by its own privacy policy.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have submitted, or withdraw consent, by emailing sales@sparshautomation.in. You can decline or clear analytics cookies in your browser at any time.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and processed server-side. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
